Birthday Flowers

Okay, I'm at work when my boss asks me if I think I can copy an arrangement as Judy (designer) needed two of the same arrangements for an event at a church.  I said that I thought I could so she told me which arrangement to copy and I thought my job wasn't too bad.

Near the end of my shift, my husband texted me & asked me to txt him when I was leaving work as it was Friday night and it was our birthday this weekend and we had plans to see a movie with the kids.  I stopped on the way home to pick up my son.  When I got home and walked in the kitchen, low & behold was the arrangement I made!!  I said ....... 'What? How?' to which my husband yelled, 'Surprise!! Happy Birthday!'

So the story goes, he called my boss Frieda the day before when I wasn't at work to set up my surprise.  Apparently everyone at the shop were all conspirators in this event except for me.  The request from my husband for me to txt when leaving work was not an unusual one so I didn't think anything of it.  Apparently he was actually waiting in the parking lot for me to leave so he could buy my 'design' and bring it home as a surprise.
